Siemens: Vibration Control In-Person Seminar

February 11 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Siemens and our Simcenter Testing partner Electro Source are presenting two in-person engineering seminars on February 10th and 11th, 2026, at the Siemens office in Montreal.

  • Modal Analysis (Feb 10)
  • Vibration Control (Feb 11)

These seminars answer questions like:

  • How to identify the natural frequencies and modes of a structure?
  • How to correlate and update dynamic simulation models?
  • How can I use field data to design a shaker test profile?
  • How is a Power Spectral Density calculated? How is Shock Response Spectrum calculated?
  • How do Random Control, Sine Control, and Shock Response Testing work?

8:30 AM Coffee/Pastries (Presentation starts at 9:00 am)
9:00       Introduction to Environmental Testing

  • Replicating vibration environments
